The short answer is no, we do not accept returns of any kind due to the fact that all of our products are made to order.

However we do offer a refund or replacement if your product is damaged in any way upon arrival or there is a defect in the print. We will also offer a refund or replacement in the event that you receive the wrong product according to your order.

In the event of any of the above mentioned issues, simply send an email to support@ambitmerch.com (please use the email you used to place the order if possible) and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. Please include any evidence you can to your initial email to help streamline the approval process.

Fulfillment times vary depending on where you're located. However, we estimate that the typical wait time will be around 1-2 weeks from when you place the order.

The biggest difference is the weight and thickness of the material.

The Classic Hoodie is thinner and great for everyday wear. It is especially great for days when it is cool out but not cold. Simply put, it's great for the climate in southern states and for fall and spring in northern states.

The Premium hoodie is thicker and great for cold days when you definitely want that extra thickness to keep you warm cozy. This hoodie is great for northern states that experience a harsher winter.

Both hoodie's have a super soft inner fabric that feels great to wear.

The primary difference is the fact that the Men's Fitted T-shirt is specifically designed to fit a male body shape.

The Fitted T-shirt is also lighter weight than the Heavyweight Crewneck T-shirt.

Reason to buy the Fitted T-shirt over the Heavyweight Crewneck T-Shirt: If you are a man who likes tighter fitting T-Shirts then we would recommend that you buy the Fitted T-Shirt. If that does not describe you or your style then we would recommend that you save some money and go with the Heavyweight Crewneck T-Shirt.

If we chose to use it, we will respond to the DM, letting you know we have chosen to use the image(s) you have sent us. We will include a discount code and all of the details for the code in that response.

We cannot give you exact details on the code as it will depend on how we plan to use the images you send us. If we plan to use it on our social media and our website, the discount percentage will likely be greater than if we decide to use it on one or the other.
